My data is lost when I update or reinstall app. Way to back up your data.

If change your phone, reinstall app, or get some errors in new app version, you lose all data.

This is the way how to get back lost data, but make sure you have synced data before.

????Step 1: Go to Setting screen

????Step 2: Choose “Sync Step Data” option

If “Sync Step Data” option disappears. Please go to Profile Screen -> Log out and Login again. Repeat from Step 1.
